本申请是美国专利申请(申请日1989·2·10,申请号07/309.771)的接续。

    本发明涉及新型氧杂双环壬烷醚衍生物,包括这些醚衍生物的组合物,以及使用这些化合物或组合物防除农作物中有害作物生长的方法。这些农作物是:大豆、棉花、甜菜、油菜、玉米、小麦、大麦、尤其是水稻。

    U·S·4,567,283和4,670,041公开了下式的多种除草用的双环醚类。

    DE        2937645公开了作为除草剂使用的醚,包括氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷醚。

    U·S·4,388,104公开了作为除草剂使用的醚,包括二氧杂双环〔3.2.1〕壬烷醚。

    EP        A302,599公开了〔3.3.1〕二氧杂双环壬烷醚。

    本发明涉及式Ⅰ的化合物:

    其中:

    R1是H或一个C1-C4直链烷基团;

    R2是H、C1-C6烷基、CN、C2-C4烯基、C2-C4炔基、苯基、CH2Ph、或被OH、CN、C1-C3烷氧基、OPh、C1-C3烷基磺酰基、SO2Ph、SO2CH2Ph、N3、C1-C6烷氧基羰基或CO2H取代的C1-C3烷基;

    R3是H、F、Cl、Br、I、OH、PhSe、C1-C3烷氧基、任意被1-3个CH3取代的OSO2Ph、任意被1-3个CH3取代的PhSOn、CH3Se、苯基、C2-C4烯基或任意被1-3个卤素或1-3个C1-C3烷氧基取代的C1-C4烷基、或被0-2个含有1-3个碳的烷基所取代的氨基,条件是当R3是被C1-C3烷氧基取代的C1-C4烷基时,R3不在相邻带有R1碳的碳上;

    R4是H、OH、C1-C4烷基、苯基或CN;

    R3和R4可以一起形成一个五元环酮,该酮任意地可被1-2个CH3取代,或当R3和R4在同一个碳上时,可以一起形成一个酮,或R3可以和一个相邻的碳形成一个双键,但条件是双键不在一个桥头碳或OCH2W碳上。

    R3和R4在相邻碳上可以一起形成一个环氧化合物,如果R4=OH且R3和R4在相同的碳上,那么R3不能是OH、F、Cl、Br、I、PhSe、CH3Se、烷氧基或氨基。

    W是任意被1-3个取代基所取代的苯基,取代基选自F、Cl、Br、C1-C3烷基、C1-C3烷氧基、OH、CN、C1-C3卤化烷基、C1-C3卤化烷氧基、C1-C3烷硫基、C2-C4烯基或C2-C4炔基,或者W是一个4、5、6或7员杂环,该杂环至少含有以下杂原子中地一种:0-3个氮、0-2个氧或0-2个硫,每个环可以任意被1-2个取代基取代,这些取代基选自F、Br、CN、Cl、CH3或OCH3。这些典型的杂环例如下,但不仅限于此,如环氧丙烷、呋喃、二噁烷、氧杂环庚烷、二氧戊环、噁二唑、噻二唑、三唑、噻吩、四氢吡喃、四氢呋喃、异噁唑、噁唑、吡唑、咪唑、噻唑、吡啶和吡嗪;所提供的杂原子数是3或少于3

    n是0,1或2。

    优选的化合物是:

    1.式Ⅰ的化合物,其中式Ⅰ是

    其中:

    R5是H或CH3;

    R6是H或CH3;

    2.优选1中的化合物,其中

    R1是C1-C3烷基;

    R2是C1-C3烷基、C2-C3烯基、C2-C3炔基、苯基、CH2Ph或被OCH3、CN、SO2CH3、或C1-C3烷氧基羰基取代的C1-C2烷基。

    3.优选2中的化合物,其中

    W是任意被1-2个取代基取代的苯基,这些取代基选自F、Cl、Br、CH3或OCH3,或者W是一个5或6圆的杂环,该杂环包含下列一种杂原子:0-2个氮、0-2个氧或0-2个硫,

    R3是H、F、Br或Cl;

    R4是H。

    4.优选3中的化合物,其中

    5.优选4中的化合物,其中Ⅰ是Ⅰa。

    根据上述诸化合物的生物活性和/或合成它们的难易程度,特别优选的化合物是:

    1.2-〔(2-氟苯基)甲氧基〕-1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷;

    2.2-〔(2,6-二氟苯基)甲氧基〕-1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷。

    在上面的化合物中Ph表示苯基。

    式Ⅰ的化合物具有几何和光学异构性,并可以制备成几何纯、光学纯或其混合物形式。该化合物的各种单独的光学或几何异构体以及本发明物质各种混合物通常在除草性质上不同。根据除草活性,一般优选式Ⅰ中几何异构体,其中-OCH2W基团与-O-桥为顺式关系,即-OCH2W基处于作为-O-桥碳环同一面的外位上。本发明包括合成的和有目的制备的混合物所产生的所有除草活性物质。

    式Ⅱ(即Ⅰa,其中R1=R2=CH3且R3=H)中的化合物可以通过式Ⅰ所示的步骤合成。从市售商品1,5-二甲基-1,5-环辛二烯(式Ⅲ)起始,碳酸钠为缓冲剂,用过乙酸进行环氧化反应(参见,D.Swern Organic Reactions.Vol.7A.H.Blatt.A.C.Cope.F.C.McGrew,C.Niemann和H.R.Snyder eds.,J.Wiley & Sons,N.Y.(1953)PP.378-433),生成一种单环氧化物,该氧化物可以用氢化铝锂按文献所述的方法(J.G.Trayhnam & P.M.Greene J.Am.Chem.Soc.,86,2658(1964))还原解离,生成式Ⅳ中的二甲基环辛醇。这个中间体用过乙酸进行环氧反应生成顺式和反式环氧化物的混合物。该混合物在二氯甲烷中用对甲苯磺酸处理,导致外和内9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇混合物重排。这种用酸进行催化重排已在现有技术(U.S.4,670,041)中阐述。外和内醇的混合物通过色层分离产生式Ⅴ的纯外异构体。式Ⅴ中的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇用众所周知的Williamson醚合成方法(参见N.Baggett在Comprehensive Organic Chemistry,D.Barton和W.D.Ollis eds.,Vol 1,PP.819-832 Pergamon Press,N.Y.(1979))转化成式Ⅱ的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-基醚。因此,当在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中,用一种碱如氢化钠和一种WCH2X表示的适当的烷基化试剂处理式Ⅴ的双环醇时,则产生所需要的目标产物的除草剂。其中烷基化试剂WCH2X的W代表前面定义的那些有机游离基,X表示离去基团部分,如氯、溴、磺和磺酸酯,它是按现有技术中已知的常规方法由WCH2OH醇来制备。

    式Ⅵ中的化合物(式Ⅰa R1=R2=CH3)制备方法一般如式2所示。本方法的第一步包括1,5-二甲基-1,5环辛二烯(式Ⅲ)的顺式羟基化作用,它使用催化量的四氧化锇和氧化三甲胺或N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物作为化学计量的氧化剂,该方法取自文献(R.Ray & D.S.Matteson,Tet Lett.,21,449(1980))。式Ⅶ的乙二醇产品,用适当的烷基化试剂WCH2X、经历Williamson醚偶合反应,以类似式1中式Ⅴ的醇变成式Ⅱ醚的转化方式得到。在现有技术中已知,当不对称取代的乙二醇(如式Ⅶ)经过这种类型的偶合反应时,较少的取代羟基,选择性地形成新键,得到如式Ⅷ所示类型的乙二醇单醚。这种乙二醇单醚可以和多种亲电试剂环合,如硫酸、樟脑磺酸或甲苯磺酸、N-氯代琥珀酰亚胺,N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺,苯基硒酰氯、苯基亚磺酰氯、N-苯基硒代苯邻二甲酰亚胺,或间一氯代过苯甲酸/萘磺酸,产生式Ⅵ的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-基醚,X=H、Br、Cl、Phs、PhSe或OH。

    式Ⅰ中化合物的一般合成方法如式3所示,其中R1和R2可分别变化。这条路线从市售商品环辛二烯(式Ⅸ)开始,采用文献(R.K.Sharma,B.A.Shoulders & P.D.Gardner.Chem.Ind(London)2087(1962);E.F.Knights & H.C.Brown.J.Am.Chem.Soc.,90.5280(1968))中描述的硼氢化/氧化反应产生顺式-1,5-环辛二醇(式Ⅹ)。该二醇的铬酸氧化反应是周知的(H.C.Brown & C.P.Garg,J.Am.Chem.Soc.,83,2951(1961))由于中间体是半缩醛,只把一个羟基选择性地转化为酮。该半缩醛的中间体标准甲苯磺酰化反应在(T.K.Crandall,R.D.Huntington & G.L.Brunner,J.Org.Chem.37,2911(1961))中描述,得到式Ⅺ甲苯磺酰羟基酮。把该酮转化成在适当位置带有R1(式Ⅻ)的甲苯磺酰羟基环辛烯。这个反应是把相应的Grignard试剂R1-MgBr加入到羰基上(参见Vogel′s Textbook of Practical Organic Chemistry,B.S.Furniss,A.T.Hannaford.V.Rogers,P.W.G.Smith & A.R.Tatchell eds.,Longman.Inc.,N.Y.(1978),PP.363-375),然后产生的叔醇经温和的脱水作用(参见I.Eichorn在Preparative Organic Chemistry G.Hilgetag & A.Martini eds.,Wiley Interscience,N.Y.(1972),PP.813-819)完成的。式Ⅻ中甲苯磺酸酯的保护基使用文献(D.B.Denney & B.Goldstein,J.Org.Chem.,21,479(1956))的一般方法,使用液氨中的钠除去,产生的醇用铬酸氧化,得到式ⅩⅢ的5-烷基环辛-4-烯-1-酮。在这个步骤中,加入相应的Grignard试剂,R2MgBr,把R基团引入式ⅩⅢ的羰基上,产生环辛-4-烯-1-醇。该醇以类似于图1所示的方式经环氧化和酸催化重排,得到式ⅩⅣ的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇。如上面式1最后一步描述的方法,通过Williamson醚偶合反应,用适宜的烷基化试剂WCH2X在最后一步制备式ⅩⅤ的所需目标的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-基醚(式ⅩⅤ)的除草剂。

    另外一种制备式Ⅴ的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇的方法如式4所示。式Ⅶ的环辛烯乙二醇与吡啶中的乙酰氯有选择性地酰化生成式ⅩⅥ的乙二醇-乙酸酯。用N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺处理乙二醇-乙酸酯后,形成一个吸电子的闭合环,它给出式ⅩⅦ的溴乙酸酯。这个环合反应也可以用溴来完成。使用在四氢呋喃中的氢化铝锂。在迴流状态下还原式ⅩⅦ的溴代乙酸酯,产生还原除去溴原子和还原水解乙酸酯,生成式Ⅴ的9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇。

    用在二氯甲烷中的过氧化氢氧化作用消去式Ⅰa(R3=PhSe)的硒化物可以制备Ⅰb的烯烃化合物(H.J.Reich,J.M.Renga和I.L.Reich在J.Am.Chem.Soc.,97,5434(1975)中报导了这个方法)。

    用标准氧化剂如水合铬酸氧化相应于式Ⅰf(R4=H)的醇可以制备式Ⅰc的酮。

    用标准氧化剂如水合铬酸氧化相应于式Ⅰh(R4=H)的醇可以制备式Ⅰd的酮。

    用式5中所述的两步反应可以从式Ⅰb的烯制备式Ⅰe的丙酮化合物。式Ⅰb的烯用式2所述的催化锇化作用可以进行羟基化,得到式ⅩⅧ的二醇。式ⅩⅧ的二醇在酸存在下可以与2,2-二甲氧基丙烷反应得到Ⅰe的丙酮化合物。

    用式2所述的通过乙二醇单醚(如式Ⅷ)的环氧化作用,随后经酸催化开环,可以制备式Ⅰf(R3=H)的仲醇。把适宜的Grignard试剂或氰氢酸加到式Ⅰc的酮中可以制备式Ⅰf的叔醇。

    在二氯甲烷中,把式Ⅰb的烯与间一氯过苯甲酸环氧化可以制备Ⅰg的环氧化合物。

    可以按式6所述制备式Ⅰh的醇。如式2,可以从式Ⅷ的乙二醇单醚和苯硒酰氯反应制备式ⅩⅨ的二苯硒。在无碱存在时,该硒化合物可以在浓缩液中氧化消去(参见H.J.Reich        et        al,在J.Org.Chem.43,1697(1978))得到Ⅰb烯的混合物和式ⅩⅩ的连一羟基苯基氢硒基醚。用Raney镍还原式ⅩⅩ的苯基氢硒基醚,除去苯基氢硒基,产生式Ⅰh的醇。把适当的Grignard试剂R3MgBr或氢氰酸加到式Ⅰd的酮中可以生成式Ⅰh的叔醇。

    实施例1

    (1R,S;2R,S)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇和(1R,S;2S,R)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇,方法1

    在0℃,氮气下,一种在400ml干燥二氯甲烷中的碳酸钠(63.59g,0.60mole)和1,5-二甲基环辛-1,5-二烯(40.87g,0.30mole,式Ⅲ)的机械搅拌的悬浮液滴入32%乙酸中的过乙酸液(78.44g,0.33mole),滴加时间1.5小时以上。把浓浆液在0℃继续再搅拌2.5小时,而后在室温搅1小时。过滤除去固体并用二氯甲烷洗涤。合并有机部分,依次用100ml水、100ml        5%的碳酸钠水溶液,100ml亚硫酸钠水溶液,100ml水和50ml盐水提取,并在无水硫酸镁上干燥。真空浓缩,得到46.59g粗环氧化物,然后将其通过15cmVigreux柱进行真空蒸馏,得到所需的5.42g        1,5-二甲基环辛-1,5-二烯,b.p.75-99℃/20mm(回收率13%),和27.84g1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔6.1.0〕壬-4-烯,b.p.101-104℃/20mm(理论量的61%)。

    1H NMR(CDCl3,60MHz):δ1.27(s,3H),1.70(br s,3H),1.40-2.70(m,8H),2.77(t,1H),5.32(t,1H)。

    IR(CH2Cl2):2975(vs sh),2890(vs sh),1675(vw)1490(m),1450(s),1380(s)cm-1。

    MS(Chem.Ion)152。

    C10H16O的分析计算值:C,78.6,H,10.6%

    实测值:C,78.0,H,10.2%。

    一种在100ml干燥的二甲氧基乙烷中的1,5二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔6.1.0〕壬-4-烯(8.24g,54.0mmol)的磁力搅拌溶液逐渐加入氢化铝锂(2.05g,54.0mmol)。在氮气下搅拌该溶液并加热回流19小时。把反应混合物冷却,并用250ml乙醚稀释,然后逐滴加入水,水解铝络合物。把上述溶液用无水硫酸镁干燥并真空浓缩,得到11.19g粗产品。粗产品通过15cmVigreux柱蒸馏产生6.54g1,5-二甲基环辛-4-烯-1-醇,b.p.108-110℃/20mm(理论量的79%,式Ⅳ)。

    1H NMR(CDCl3,60MHz):δ1.20(s,3H),1.4-2.4(m,14H),5.47(t,1H)。

    IR(CH2Cl2):3610(m),3550(m)3475(m,sh),2940(vs),2880(s,sh),1475(m),1450(s),1380(s)cm-1。

    MS(Chem.Ion)154。

    C10H18O的分析计算值:C,77.9 H,11.8%

    实测值:C,77.8        H,11.1%。

    在0℃,氮气下,一种在390ml二氯甲烷中的1,5-二甲基环辛-4-烯-1-醇(18.46g,0.120mmol)磁力搅拌的溶液滴入32%乙酸中的过乙酸液(31.4g,0.132mole)进行处理,时间1小时。把冰浴移去并再将溶液搅拌2.5小时。反应混合物依次用2×100ml        5%的碳酸钠水溶液,100ml饱和亚硫酸钠水溶液,2×200ml水,和100ml盐水萃取,然后把该溶液在硫酸镁上干燥。过滤该溶液,在氮气下把溶液冷至0℃,并加入在100ml        DME中的对-甲苯磺酸(0.46g,0.0024mole)溶液。把冰浴移去并在室温把混合物搅拌23小时。反应混合物相依次用2×100ml        5%的碳酸钠水溶液,2×100ml水和100ml盐水提取,然后在硫酸镁上干燥。真空除去溶剂,得到22.8g粗产品,粗产品在硅胶上柱色谱法用己烷/乙醚1∶1的洗脱液纯化。把异构体醇用循环HPLC法分离,得到了无色油状8.87g内-(1R,S;2R,S)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇(理论量的44%);和无色油状的2.87g外-(1R,S;2S,R)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇(理论量的14%,式Ⅴ)。

    实施例2

    (1R,S;2S,R)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇,方法2

    在装有回流冷凝管(N2进口),机械搅拌器,温度计和塞子的5L四颈烧瓶中,放入157ml(0.999mole)1,5-二甲基环辛-1,5-二烯,2L叔-丁醇,230ml(1.33mol)60%N-甲基吗啉N-氧化物的水溶液,100ml水,85ml吡啶和700mg(2.75mmol,0.28mol%)四氧化锇。把混合物加热并回流22小时。在趁热时加入800ml20%NaHSO3(aq)并在四颈瓶上装好蒸馏头,加热反应器。当得到2250ml蒸馏液时,温度升高,停止加热,把反应混合物放置过夜使其冷却。

    把反应混合物连续用3次100ml乙醚,以及100ml二氯甲烷萃取。合并有机相,用100ml冰和350ml 10%H2SO4(aq)的混合物提取,而后用250ml盐水萃取。用200ml丙酮稀释有机相(防止过早出现结晶),并干燥(MgSO4)浓缩,得到53.125g暗橙色粘稠液体。液体放置后,部分结晶。把该粗产品和200ml石油醚一起研磨得到19.571g白色粉末状固体,经分析确定该固体是顺-1,5-二甲基环辛-5-烯-1,2-二醇。把石油醚馏分浓缩,得到27.937g橙色液体,在350g硅胶上把该液体色谱纯化,使用20%、30%和50%的石油醚中的丙酮溶液洗脱,得到三部分洗脱馏分。第一部分:4.966g淡黄色液体,NMR分析为1,5-二甲基环辛-1,5-二烯。第2部分:3.244g未知的淡黄色油。第3部分:16.549g淡黄色粘稠液体,把该液体静置结晶,经分析为顺-1.5-二甲基环辛-5-烯-1,2-二醇。合并顺-1,5-二甲基环辛-5-烯-1,2-二醇,产量是36.12g(21%):m.p        72-77℃。

    1H NMR(CDCl3,90MHz):δ1.26(s,3H),1.6-2.6(m,8H),2.16(3,3H),3.68(m,1H),5.40(t,1H,J=7Hz)。

    把在75ml吡啶中有6.232g(36.6mmol)顺-1,5-二甲基环辛-5-烯-1,2-二醇的溶液在冰/水浴中冷却,并且缓慢地加入3.7ml乙酰氯。形成一些粉红色的固体,并把该混合物在室温搅拌14小时。把反应混合物倒入150ml冰和250ml 10%H2SO4(aq)的混合物中,用40ml乙醚把该混合液萃取三次。合并有机相,用100ml盐水萃取,干燥(MgSO4),浓缩,得到7.634g粗顺-2-乙酰氧基-1,5-二甲基环辛-5-烯-1-醇。

    把此粗乙二醇-乙酸酯溶解在100ml二氯甲烷中,在冷水浴中把得到的溶液冷却,然后分批加入7.168g(40.3mmol)N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺。15分钟后,把混合物浓缩,得到一种白色半固体。在石油醚中把该半固体与5%丙酮研磨,并且使这种溶液通过200g硅胶柱,用上述相同的溶剂洗脱,使粗产品纯化。分离主要部分得到9.379g淡黄色液体(1R,S;2S,R;6R,S)6-溴-2-乙酰氧基-1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷。

    把50ml THF中有乙酸基溴的溶液慢慢加入到在150ml THF中有7.002g(185mmol)氢化铝锂的悬浮液中,并把此混合物加热至回流26小时,冷却后室温放置2天,而后再迴流18小时。把反应混合物冷却,慢慢加入35ml饱和Na2SO4(aq)和约3g MgSO4。两天后真空过滤生成的悬浮液,浓缩后得到6.851g淡黄色液体。在150g硅胶上把该液体色谱纯化,用5%,40%和50%的石油醚中的丙酮洗脱得到三部分液体。第一部分:68mg未知的黄色油状液体。第2部分:5.604g(90%量来于二醇)淡黄色油状9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇,该醇放置后结晶。第3部分:8 88mg未知的松软白色固体。第2部分在各方面与用其它方法制备的醇相同。

    实施例3

    (1R,S;2S,R)-外-1,5-二甲基-2〔(2′-氟苯基)-甲氧基〕-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷

    一种在5ml干燥的二甲基乙酰胺中的氢化钠(0.12g,5.02mmol)磁力搅拌的悬浮液,在氮气下加入在10ml二甲基乙酰胺中有(1R,S;2S,R)1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇(0.57g,3.35mmol)的溶液。把该反应混合物在室温搅拌30分钟,而后加热至90℃1小时。冷却至25℃后,把邻氟苄基氯(0.53g,3.7mmol)加到上述溶液中,反应温度升至33℃。在室温14小时以后,把反应混合物再加热至90℃1.5小时。把溶液冷却,用50ml水稀释,并用4×50ml乙醚萃取。合并的乙醚相用3×50ml水,50ml盐水萃取,并在硫酸镁上干燥。真空浓缩得到0.95g粗产品。用HPLC纯化粗产品,洗脱液是己烷/乙醚,6∶1,得到0.50g(1R,S;2S,R)1,5-二甲基-2〔(2′-氟苯基)-甲氧基〕-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷(理论量的54%)。

    1H NMR(CDCl3,60MHz):δ1.18(s,3H),1.22(s,3H),0.8-2.2(m,10H),3.08(t,1H),4.58(m,2H),6.75-7.61(m,4H)。

    实施例4

    (1R,S;2S,R)-1,5-二甲基-2〔(2′,6′-二氟苯基)-甲氧基〕-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷

    把在12ml THF中有620mg(15.5mmol)60%的氢化钠油分散剂的悬浮液加入在4ml THF中有600mg(3.52mmol)外1,5-二甲基-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬-2-醇的溶液,用8ml DMAC稀释该液。向混合物中加入804mg(3.88mmol)2,6-二氟苄基溴。把生成的混合物加热迴流9小时,并在室温放置10小时。然后把反应混合物倒入75ml冰和100ml 10%H2SO4(aq)的混合物中,用30ml乙醚萃取三次。合并的有机相用100ml盐水萃取。干燥(MgSO4),浓缩,得到1.377g橙色油。在40g硅胶上色谱分离粗产品,用3%和6%的石油醚中的丙酮溶剂洗脱,得到二部分洗脱产物。第一部分是583mg(理论量的56%)(1R,S;2S,R)-外-1,5-二甲基-2〔(2′,6′-二氟苯基)甲氧基〕-9-氧杂双环〔3.3.1〕壬烷。

    可以通过常规的方法制备式Ⅰ化合物的有用制剂。这些制剂包括粉剂、粒剂、丸剂、水剂、悬浮剂、乳剂、可湿性粉剂、乳油和其它剂型。许多上述制剂可以直接施用。也可以用适宜的介质稀释成喷雾的制剂,使用喷施的体积可以是每公顷几升到几百升。高浓度的组合物主要可以作为制备其它剂型的中间体。上述制剂,广义上大约含有按重量计算0.1%到99%的活性组分以及至少一种(a)大约含有0.1%到20%的表面活性剂和(b)大约含有1%到99.9%的固体或液体稀释剂。具体地说,这些制剂将含有近似如下的比例成分:

    当然,根据予定的用途和化合物的物理性质,制剂可以较高或较低浓度的活性组分存在。有时制剂需要表面活性剂对活性组分的较高比例,这可以通过并入或罐混的方法制得。

    在Watkins,et        al.,“Handbook        of        Insecticide        Dust        Diluents        and        Carriers”,2nd        Ed.,Dorland        Books,Caldwell,New        Jersey中描述了典型的固体稀释剂,但也可以使用另外的矿物或合成的固体。吸附性较强的稀释剂适于制造可湿性粉剂,较致密的稀释剂适于粉剂。在Marsden,“Solvents        Guide”2nd        Ed.,Interscience,New        York,1950中描述了典型的液体稀释剂和溶剂。对于浓悬浮剂溶解度可以小于0.1%;浓水剂在0℃对相分离是稳定的。“Mc        Cutcheon′s        Detergents        and        Emulsifiers        Annual”,MC        Publishing        Corp.,Ridgewood,New        Jersey,以及Sisely和Wood“Encyclopedia        of        Surface        Active        Agents”,Chemical        Publishing        Co.,Inc.,New        York,1964,列举了各种表面活性剂并推荐了它们的用途。各种制剂都可以含有少量的添加剂以降低泡沫、防结块、侵蚀、发霉等。

    上述组合物的制备方法是公知的。通过简单混合活性组分制备水剂。通过混合,通常通过锤磨或在液体能量磨中研磨制备固体组合物,通过湿磨制备悬浮剂(例如,参见littler        U.S.3,060,084)。通过把活性组分喷布在初步加工过的颗粒载体上或通过附聚的方法制备粒剂或丸剂。参见J.E.Browning,“Agglomeration”,Chemical        Engineering.12月4日,1967年,PP,147ff和“Perry′s        Chemical        Engineer′s        Handbook”5th        Ed.,McGraw-Hill,New        York.1973,PP.8-57ff。

    先把活性组分喷布到不定形硅上,然后把各组分混合,使用锤磨把所有的固体粒经磨成基本上50微米以下,再次混合、包装。

    把活性组分混合研磨并通过100目筛。把产物加到流体床造粒机中,调节气流使之平缓地吹过流动的产物,而后把涓细的水雾喷布到流动的产物上。持续流化和喷布,直到制得需要大小的颗粒为止。停止喷雾,但继续流化产物,加热,直到含水量降到所要求值,一般其值小于1%。然后取出产物,筛至需要的粒径范围,一般14-100目(1410-149微米)包装备用。

    生测试验结果表明本发明的化合物是有效的芽后除草剂,特别是芽前除草剂。许多种本发明的化合物以显著的农作物耐药量对于防除选择性的禾本科和阔叶杂草上是有用的。这些农作物有大麦(Hordeum        vulgare)、玉米(Zea        mays)、棉花(Gossypium        hirsutum)、油菜(Brassica        napus)、稻(Oryza        sativa)、高梁(Sorghum        bicolor)、大豆(Glycine        max)、甜菜(Beta        vulgaris)和小麦(Triticum        aestivum)。可以防除的禾本科杂草有稗(Echinochloa        crus-galli)、马唐(Digitaria        spp)和狗尾草(Setaria        spp)但不限于此。可以防除的阔叶杂草是飘拂草(Heteranthera        limosa)和异型莎草(Cyperus        difformis)、但不限于此。本发明的一些化合物在水稻田中防除稗,飘拂草和异型莎草特别有效,并且在防除旱稻田中稗类的禾本科杂草特别有效。施用的水稻田即包括直播,也包括插播的水稻。

    本发明的化合物也可用于特定的区域选择性地防除杂草,如谷仓周围、停车场、高速公路和铁路周围,以及休闲地,柑桔及其它作物的种植园。另外这些化合物也可以改进植物的生长。

    本发明化合物的施药量由以下因素决定,这些因素是:选取的药剂剂型,施用的方法,生长地中植被的数量和种类、植物生长状态。在一般条件下,化合物用量为0.008到20kg/ha,较佳的剂量为0.032到1kg/ha,本领域的技术人员可以很容易地根据防除杂草的要求确定所需用的农药剂量。

    本发明的化合物可以单独使用也可以和其它商品除草剂、杀虫剂或杀菌剂组配使用。下表列举了一些适于混用的除草剂。本发明化合物与下述一种或几种除草剂组配使用,在防除杂草上非常有效。

    实验A

    栽种大麦(Hordeum        vulgare)、稗(Echinochloa        crusgalli)、黑雀麦(Bromus        secalinus)、苍耳(Xanthium        pensylvanicum)、玉米(Zea        mays)、棉花(Gossypium        hirsutum)、马唐(Digitaria        spp)、大狗尾草(Setaria        faberi)、牵牛花(Ipomoea        spp)、稻(Oryza        sativa)、高梁(Sorghum        bicolor)、大豆(Glycine        max)、甜菜(Beta        vulgaris)、苘麻(Abutilon        theophrasti)、小麦(Triticum        aestivum)的种子和野燕麦(Avena        fatua)和香附子(Cyperus        rotundus)块茎,用溶于非植物毒性溶剂中的供试化合物进行芽前处理。同时,这些种类的杂草和作物也用供试化合物进行芽后处理。对于进行芽后处理的植株高度变化范围是2到18厘米(2到3叶阶段)。经过处理的作物和对照物在温室中大约培养十六天。然后把所有的处理作物与对照物比较并进行目测评价。作物的反应(总结在表A中)用0到10作为标度。其中0是无效,10是完全防除。破折号(-)表示无试验结果。相应的符号有如下的意义:

    栽种大麦、稗、鼠尾看麦娘(Alopecurus        myosuroides)繁缕(Stellaria        media)苍耳、玉米、棉花、马唐、旱雀麦(Bromus        tectorum)、大狗尾草、狗尾草(Setaria        viridis)曼陀罗(Datura        stramonium)、假高梁(Sorghum        halepense)、藜(Chenopodium        album)牵牛花、油菜(Brassica        napus)、稻、决明(Cassia        obtusifolia)、大豆、甜菜、刺黄花稔(Sida        spinosa)苘麻、小麦、荞麦蔓(Polygonum        convolvulus)的种子和野燕麦及香附子块茎,用溶于非植物毒性溶剂中的供试化合物进行芽前处理。同时,这些种类的杂草和作物也用供试化合物进行芽后处理。对于进行芽后处理的植株高度变化范围是2到18厘米(2到3叶阶段)。经过处理的作物和对照物在温室中大约培养二十四天。然后把所有的处理作物与对照物比较并进行目测评价。作物的反应(总结在表A中)用0到100作为标度。其中0是无效,100是完全防除。破折号(-)表示无试验结果。

    试验C

    在塑料盆中装填部分粉砂壤泥土,然后把土壤用水饱和。在泥土中栽种2.0到2.5叶大小的印度稻和日本稻(Oryza        sativa)秧苗,稗、藨草(Scirpus        mucronatus)飘拂草(Heteranthera        limosa)和异型莎草(Cyperus        difformis)的种子,和慈菇(Sagittaria        spp)和针蔺(Eleocharis        spp)带幼芽的块茎。播种几天后,在盆中把水加到土表面上3厘米处并且在整个试验过程中始终保持3厘米。在非植物毒性溶剂中配制供试化合物并直接施于水稻田中。处理过的植株和对照物约在温室保持21天。然后把所有处理的植株与对照物比较并进行目测评价。作物的反应列于表C,用0到100作为标度。其中0是无效,100是完全防除。破折号(-)表示没有试验结果。
