本发明提供了一种草莓香精。本发明草莓香精,以乙酸乙酯、呋喃酮、乙基麦芽酚和异戊酸乙酯为主要原料,香气持久、稳定,仿真性强,原料来源方便,可用于糖果、冰淇淋的加香,一般的添加量为糖果的千分之1.5~2.5,冰淇淋的千分之0.8~1.5。

一种草莓香精

    本发明涉及一种香精,尤其涉及一种具有草莓香气的香精。

    草莓香精是一种应用于草莓香型糖果、冰淇淋中的香精,并在其中起主要发香作用。目前,广泛使用的果香型香精(包括草莓香精),一般以乙酸乙酯、乙基麦芽酚等为主要原料,配以其他的辅助物质而组成。如由杭州香料公司生产的牌号为西湖的苹果香精和由广州百花香料公司生产牌号为百花的香蕉香精。

    上述香精在使用过程中均发现,其香气还不够完美。随着生活水平的提高,人们希望有关产业部门能够不断提供新的、更完美的果香型香精。

    本发明的目的在于公开一种新的草莓型香精,以克服用现有技术配制的香精香气不够完美的缺陷,满足人们的需求。

    本发明所说的草莓香精,以乙酸乙酯、呋喃酮、乙基麦芽酚和异戊酸乙酯为主要原料,其组分和重量百分比含量包括:

    食用冰乙酸                 0.096~0.168%

    乙酸叶醇酯                 0.08~0.14%

    叶醇                       0.72~1.26%

    2-甲基丁酸                 0.6~1.05%

    2-甲基丁酸乙酯             0.096~0.168%

    丁酸乙酯                   1.36~2.38%

    丙酸乙酯                   0.12~0.21%

    丁酸                    0.176~0.308%

    乙酸乙酯                0.348~0.672%

    异戊酸乙酯              0.72~1.26%

    己酸乙酯                0.044~0.077%

    三乙丙二醇缩酮          0.16~0.28%

    乳酸乙酯                0.096~0.168%

    上述的草莓香精的制备为一种常规的搅拌混合过程。

    本发明所说的草莓香精,香气持久、稳定,仿真性强,原料来源方便,可用于糖果、冰淇淋的加香,一般的添加量为糖果千分之1.5~2.5,冰淇淋千分之0.8~1.5。

                            实施例1

    将0.12克食用冰乙酸、0.1克乙酸叶醇酯、0.9克叶醇、0.75克2-甲基丁酸、0.12克2-甲基丁酸乙酯、1.7克丁酸乙酯、0.15克丙酸乙酯、0.22克丁酸、0.48克乙酸乙酯、0.9克异戊酸乙酯、0.055克己酸乙酯、0.2克三乙丙二醇缩酮、0.12克乳酸乙酯、0.22克乙酰乙酸乙酯、0.05克乙酸异戊酯、0.27克己酸、0.02克桃醛(丙位十一内酯)、0.02克草莓酸、0.025克丙酸叶醇酯、0.03克复盆子酮、0.055克己酸叶醇酯、0.04克丙酸、0.04克丙位癸内酯、1克乙基麦芽醇、4克10%氟勒钠尔丙二醇溶液和88.415克丙二醇在搅拌桶中混合均匀,即获得本发明的草莓香精。
