权利要求书

1: 游离或盐形式的通式(I)所示的化合物: 其中R 1 和R 2 彼此独立地是氢;或者取代或未取代的烷基、 芳基、环烷基、链烯基或炔基; R 3 是氢、氟或甲基; m是0,1,2,3,4或5; n是0或1; X是氧或NR 4 ;和 R 4 是氢,或取代或未取代的C 1 -C 6 烷基或苄基, 以及如果合适的话,其可能的游离或盐形式的E/Z异构体、E/Z异构 体混和物和/或互变异构体, 条件是:a)如果X是氧且R 1 和R 2 彼此独立地是氢或取代或未取代的烷 基、链烯基、环烷基、芳基或杂芳基时,R 3 不是氢或氟且m和n不能同 时为零;b)如果R 4 是氢且R 1 和R 2 彼此独立地是氢或取代或未取代的烷 基、芳基或杂芳基时,R 3 不是氢或氟且m和n不能同时为零;c)如果R 1 和R 2 之一是可带有或不带其它取代基的4-烷基磺酰氧基苯基、4-卤代 烷基磺酰氧基苯基或4-卤代烷氧基磺酰氧基苯基并且另一个取代基是 取代或未取代的苯基时,m不是0、1或2以及R 4 是氢、烷基或卤代烷 基;d)如果R 1 和R 2 之一是可带有或不带其他取代基的4-全卤代烷氧基 苯基并且另一个取代基是取代或未取代苯基时,m不是0、1或2以及 R 4 不是氢、烷基或卤代烷基并且n不是零。

有机化合物

    本发明涉及新型氟代烯羧酸衍生物、其制备方法以及含有该新型氟代烯羧酸衍生物作活性化合物的杀虫组合物,并涉及该新型氟代烯羧酸衍生物在防治有害的昆虫和螨虫的用途。

    本发明提供通式(I)的化合物其中:R1和R2彼此独立地是氢;或取代或未取代的烷基,芳基,环烷基,链烯基或炔基;R3是氢,氟或甲基;m是0,1,2,3,4或5;n是0或1;X是氧或NR4,以及R4是氢或取代或未取代的C1-C6烷基或苄基,如适当地话,包括其E/Z异构体,E/Z异构体混和物和/或互变异构体;以及它们的游离形式和盐形式。条件是:a)如果X是氧且R1和R2彼此独立地是氢或取代或未取代的烷基、链烯基、环烷基、芳基或杂芳基时,R3不是氢或氟并且m和n不能同时为零;b)如果R4是氢且R1和R2彼此独立地是氢或取代或未取代的烷基、芳基或杂芳基时,R3不是氢或氟并且m和n不能同时为零;c)如果R1和R2之一是可带有或不带其他取代基的4-烷基磺酰氧基苯基、4-卤代烷基磺酰氧基苯基或4-卤代烷氧基磺酰氧基苯基并且另一个取代基是取代或未取代的苯基时,m不是0、1或2且R4是氢、烷基或卤代烷基;d)如果R1和R2之一是可带有或不带其他取代基的4-全卤代烷氧基苯基并且另一个取代基是取代或未取代的苯基时,m不是0、1或2且R4是氢、烷基或卤代烷基并且n不是零。

    这些化合物、其E/Z异构体和互变异构体的制备方法及用途;含有这些化合物、E/Z异构体和互变异构体作为活性化合物的农药;这些组合物的制备方法和用途;制备这些化合物的游离或盐形式的中间体,以及如果适合的话、它们可能的E/Z异构体、E/Z异构体混和物和/或互变异构体;这些中间体及其互变异构体的制备方法和用途。

    通式(I)化合物的优选基团是符合以上条件地一些基团,

    其中R1和R2彼此独立地是氢,取代或未取代的烷基、环烷基、链烯基或炔基,R3是氢,氟或甲基,m是0,1,2,3,4或5;n是0或1,X是氧或NR4,和R4是氢、取代或未取代的C1-C6烷基或苄基;其中R1是氢、取代或未取代的烷基、链烯基、炔基或环烷基,R2是氢、取代或未取代的芳基或杂芳基,R3是氢、氟或甲基,m是0,1,2,3,4或5;n是0或1,X是氧或NR4,和R4是氢、取代或未取代的C1-C6烷基或苄基;以及其中R1和R2彼此独立地是氢、取代或未取代的芳基,R3是氢、氟或甲基,m是0,1,2,3,4或5;n是0或1,X是氧或NR4,和R4是氢或取代或未取代的C1-C6烷基或苄基。

    以上R1,R2,R3和R4取代基的定义中所使用的通用术语如下限定:

    卤素是氟、氯、溴或碘,优选氟、氯或溴,特别是氟或氯,尤其是氯。

    烷基是具有1-20个碳原子的直链或支链烷基,这些烷基可未取代或单或多取代。作为烷基的R1和R2优选是具有1-8个碳原子、尤其优选具有1-4个碳原子的直链或支链烷基。烷基R1和R2的合适取代基是羟基,卤素,烷氧基,卤代烷氧基,烷氧基烷氧基,烷硫基,卤代烷硫基,烷基亚磺酰基,烷基磺酰基,烷基磺酰氧基,烷基羰基,二烷氨基,吡咯烷-1-基,哌啶子基,吗啉代,烷氧羰基,烷基羰氧基,环烷基,芳基,芳氧基,芳硫基,芳基磺酰基,芳基磺酰氧基,芳基羰基或杂芳基,其中芳基或杂芳基可被以下基团单或多取代:卤素,烷基,卤代烷基,烷氧基,卤代烷氧基,烷硫基,硝基,氰基,苯氧基,卤代苯氧基,苯硫基或卤代苯硫基。在R1和R2的取代基中烷基优选具有1-4个碳原子。这些烷基特别优选甲基或乙基。烷基R1和R2实例是甲基,乙基,正丙基,异丙基,正丁基,异丁基,仲丁基,叔丁基,正戊基,1-甲基丁基,2,2-二甲基丙基,异戊基,正己基,2-甲基戊基,3-甲基戊基,1,3-二甲基丁基,2-乙基丁基,正庚基,正辛基,异辛基,壬基,癸基,十一烷基,月桂基,十六烷基和十八烷基。作为烷基的R1和R2的优选取代基是羟基,卤素,烷氧基,卤代烷氧基,烷氧基烷氧基,烷硫基,卤代烷硫基,烷基亚磺酰基,烷基磺酰基,烷基磺酰氧基,烷基羰基,二烷氨基,吡咯烷-1-基,哌啶子基,吗啉代,烷氧羰基,烷基羰氧基,环烷基,其中苯基、苯氧基、苯硫基、苯磺酰基、苯磺酰氧基、苯甲酰基和吡啶基可被以下基团取代:卤素、烷基、卤代烷基、烷氧基、卤代烷氧基、烷硫基、硝基或氰基。

    基团R1或R2的单或多取代尤其是指1-4取代、优选1-2取代、特别优选单取代,其中R1和R2特别是如甲基或乙基的低级烷基,在被卤素取代的情况下可以全卤代、尤其是全氟代。在多取代情况下各个取代基可以相同或不同。

    芳基是苯基或萘基,优选苯基。

    杂芳基是指具有5或6个环原子以及1或2个选自氮、氧和硫的杂原子的芳基。杂芳基的实例是吡咯基,呋喃基,噻吩基,咪唑基,吡唑基,噁唑基,噻唑基,吡啶基,哒嗪基,嘧啶基和吡嗪基,在各种情况下,作为杂芳基的R1和R2基团是通过碳原子连接的,并且如合适的话,苯环可稠合到所述基团上。优选的杂芳基是吡啶基,嘧啶基,喹啉基,呋喃基和噻吩基。

    炔基是指具有3-20、优选3-8、特别优选3-5个碳原子的直链或支链炔基,其可以是未取代的或被一个或多个卤素取代。优选的炔基是指经由饱和碳原子连接的,亦即具有一个中间或末端三键的炔基。炔基的实例是炔丙基,丁-2-炔-1-基,丁-3-炔-1-基,戊-2-,-3-或-4-炔-1-基,己-2-,-3-,-4-或-5-炔-1-基,庚-2-,-3-,-4-,-5-或-6-炔-1-基和辛-2-,-3-,-4-,-5-,-6-或-7-炔-1-基。特别优选的炔基是炔丙基。

    环烷基是指具有3-7个碳原子的直链或支链环烷基,它可以是未取代的或被卤素、烷基或卤代烷基单或多取代,这里的烷基和卤代烷基优选含有1-4、特别优选1-2个碳原子。环烷基的实例是环丙基,2-甲基环丙基,环丁基,环戊基,2-甲基环戊基,3,4-二甲基环戊基,环己基,2-甲基环己基,4-甲基环己基,3,4-二甲基环己基,2,4-二甲基环己基和环庚基。

    以上对上述定义中所使用的通用术语的解释含义除非另有指明,适用于本发明的整个说明书。

    本发明进一步提供通式(I)化合物的制备方法,包括

    a)制备其中n是0以及R1,R2,R3,X和m如上面通式(I)中所限定的通式(I)化合物,它是由通式(II)化合物与通式(III)化合物进行反应得到的,通式(II)中R3和m如式(I)中所定义,而Y2是Cl,Br或OSO2-烷基;通式(III)中的R1,R2和X如式(I)中所定义;

    通式(VII)的起始原料可通过氯乙酰卤(如氯乙酰氯)与上面定义的通式(III)化合物反应得到。

    方法a)的反应优选在没有羟基的惰性溶剂中、在有机碱的存在下进行,所述有机碱例如是吡啶,4-二甲氨基吡啶,4-吡咯烷基吡啶,二甲基吡啶,可力丁,三烷基胺,N,N-二烷基苯胺,或双环非亲核性碱,如1,4-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(DABCO),1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]壬-5-烯(DBN)或1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(1,5-5)(DBU)。该反应一般在温度为-30℃~+70℃、优选在-10℃~+50℃下进行。在对反应呈惰性的溶剂或溶剂混和物存在下进行反应比较有利。为此,合适的溶剂例如是脂族和芳族烃,如苯,甲苯,二甲苯,石油醚,己烷;卤代烃如氯苯,二氯甲烷,二氯乙烷,氯仿,四氯化碳,四氯乙烯;醚和醚类化合物如二烷基醚(乙醚,二异丙醚,叔丁基甲基醚),苯甲醚,二噁烷,四氢呋喃;腈类如乙腈,丙腈;酯类如乙酸乙酯,乙酸丙酯或乙酸丁酯;酮类如丙酮,二乙基酮,甲乙酮;以及这些溶剂彼此的混和物。而且所述反应可在上述碱之一过量的情况下进行,或者亦可采用第二种等效物代替碱在通式(I)化合物大大过量的条件下进行。而且可在常压或者在加压或减压下进行该反应。

    方法b)的反应在惰性溶剂中于20℃-150℃、优选40℃-120℃的温度下进行较为有利,如合适的话,可在催化量的酸,如乙酸或对甲苯磺酸的存在下进行。优选的惰性溶剂是低级链烷醇,特别是甲醇和乙醇。

    方法c)的反应在惰性溶剂中以及在碱的存在下进行较为有利,如合适的话,可在催化剂,如NaI或CsF的存在下进行,优选的惰性溶剂是偶极非质子性溶剂如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,二甲亚砜,二噁烷和四氢呋喃。合适的碱特别是吡啶,4-二甲氨基基吡啶,4-吡咯烷基吡啶,二甲基吡啶,马可力,三烷基胺,N,N-二烷基苯胺,或双环非亲核性碱如1,4-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷(DABCO),1,5-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]壬-5-烯(DBN)或1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(1,5-5)(DBU)。

    上面和下面所述的反应皆以本身公知方式进行,例如没有或者适当存在合适的溶剂或稀释剂或其混和物,按照需要在冷却、于室温下或加热条件下进行,例如在大约-80℃至反应混和物熔点的温度范围、优选-20℃至大约+150℃下进行,并且如果需要,用封闭容器在超过大气压的压力,在惰性气氛和/或在无水条件下进行。特别优选的条件如实施例所述。

    本发明通式(I)化合物能被温血动物、鱼类和植物良好耐受,并且在防治害虫领域它们是有用的活性化合物。本发明的活性化合物特别是对农业和园艺业上的具有价值的植物和观赏植物特别是稻、棉花、蔬菜和水果以及林业上遇到的昆虫和蜘蛛类具有活性。通式(I)化合物尤其适合用于稻、水果和蔬菜的昆虫防治,特别是损害植物的昆虫,如豆蚜(Aphis craccivora)、稻褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)和黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix cincticeps)。本发明活性化合物其他领域的用途是保护贮藏的产品和材料以及用于卫生间、特别是防护宠物和有益动物。通式(I)化合物对全部或者个别发育阶段的具有正常敏感性以及耐药性的害虫均具有活性。它们的效果,例如在破坏害虫方面,例如在蜕皮期间立即或仅经过一段时间后,或者在减少产卵和/或降低孵化率方面都是很明显的。

    上述动物害虫例如包括欧州专利申请EP-A-736252中所述的那些。因此本发明结合参照EP-A-736252。

    通式(I)化合物特别适合用作活性化合物防治同翅目(Homoptem)和Akarina目的害虫。

    通式(I)化合物特别适于防治棉花、蔬菜、水果和稻等作物的害虫,例如蛛螨(spider mites),蚜虫,蝶和蛾的毛虫(caterpillars),以及黑尾叶蝉(rice leaf hoppers)。主要针对的是防治蛛螨如苹果全瓜螨(panonychus ulmi),蚜虫如豆蚜,蝶和蛾的毛虫,如烟芽夜蛾(Heliothis virescens),和黑尾叶蝉,如稻褐飞虱或黑尾叶蝉。

    本发明通式(I)化合物良好的杀虫作用表现在对所述害虫的至少50-60%杀伤率(死亡率)。

    本发明通式(I)化合物和以及含有它们的组合物可通过加入其他杀虫剂和/或杀螨剂来显著扩宽杀虫范围和适应具体的环境。合适的添加剂例如是以下活性化合物类的代表:有机磷化合物,硝基类酚及其衍生物,甲脒类,尿类,氨基甲酸酯类,拟除虫菊酯类,氯代烃和苏芸金芽孢杆菌类制剂。

    通式(I)化合物可以直接使用或优选与制剂领域的常规助剂一起使用。因此,它们能以公知方式加工成例如乳油、可直接喷雾或稀释的溶液、稀释乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或聚合物胶囊。类似所述组合物,使用方法根据欲防治的目标和通行条件来选择,诸如喷雾、雾化、喷粉、施撒或与浇灌水一起施用。

    所述剂型(亦即制剂)包括活性化合物(I)的制剂或组合物,或这些活性化合物与其他杀虫剂或杀螨剂以及合适的固体或液体添加剂的混剂皆以公知方式制备,例如紧密混和和/或将活性化合物与助剂一起研磨,助剂如溶剂、固体载体以及适当的表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)。

    本发明所使用的合适的助剂如溶剂、固体载体、表面活性化合物、非离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂或组合物中的其它助剂例如是EP-A-736’252中所述的那些。

    所述杀虫制剂一般包括0.1-99%、特别是0.1-95%的式(I)活性化合物或者这些活性化合物与其他杀虫剂和/或杀螨剂的混合物以及1-99.9%、特别是5-99.9%的固体或液体助剂,其中表面活性剂一般占组合物的0-25%、特别是0.1-20%(各种情况下的百分数是均指重量百分数)。一般优选浓缩制剂作为市售产品,终端用户一般使用显著降低了活性化合物浓度的稀释制剂。使用浓度一般在0.1-1000ppm之间,优选在0.1-500ppm之间。施用量一般为每公顷1-1000g活性化合物,优选每公顷25-500g。

    以下实施例仅供说明本发明,绝非限制本发明范围。所述温度为摄氏度。

    实施例H1:将0.73g(10mmol)丙酮肟和1.01g(10mmol)三乙胺溶于30ml无水苯中。所得溶液于5-10℃搅拌大约30分钟,强烈搅拌下加入1.68g(10mmol)的6,6-二氟己-5-烯酰氯(DAHSCI),室温再搅拌该混和物10小时,然后通过玻璃吸滤器过滤,旋转蒸发器浓缩滤液。硅胶柱色谱分离所得粗产物(乙酸乙酯∶异己烷=20∶80)。得到nD20=1.6893的标题化合物。

    实施例H2:

    将1.5g(7.6mmol)二苯酮腙和0.77g(7.6mmol)三乙胺溶于30ml无水苯中。所得溶液在5-10℃下与1.29g(7.6mmol)的6,6-二氟己-5-烯酰氯(DAHSCI)搅拌混和大约30分钟。室温再搅拌该混和物10小时,然后通过玻璃吸滤器过滤,旋转蒸发器浓缩所得滤液。硅胶柱色谱纯化所得粗产物(乙酸乙酯∶异己烷=20∶80)。得到m.p.为70-71℃的标题化合物。

    实施例H3:

    将0.5g(10mmol)水合肼加入到1.64g(10mmol)6,6-二氟己-5-烯酸甲酯于10ml甲醇的溶液中。所得溶液在水浴上加热回流10分钟,然后用旋转蒸发器进行浓缩。残留物悬浮于20ml二氯甲烷中,并在0℃下与0.445g(10mmol)的乙醛混和,室温再搅拌所得混和物10小时。蒸除二氯甲烷,硅胶柱色谱分离所得粗产物(乙酸甲酯∶异己烷=20∶80)。得到m.p.为78-79℃的标题化合物。

    实施例H4:

    将3.6g(18.4mmol)二苯酮腙和1.85g(18.3mmol)三乙胺溶于50ml苯中,并将所得混和物冷却到5℃。充分搅拌下,缓慢滴加2.06g(18.2mmol)氯乙酰氯并使温度一直保持在5-10℃。加入氯乙酰氯后,室温继续搅拌该混和物14小时。用玻璃吸滤器过滤混和物并浓缩所得滤液。用少量异己烷∶乙酸=80∶20的混合物洗涤所得残留物,过滤并干燥。得到m.p.为92-93℃的化合物。

    将1.7g(6.2mmol)氯乙酰基二苯酮酰肼、0.93g(6.2mmol)的6,6-二氟异己-5-烯酸、0.63g(6.2mmol)三乙胺和0.2g NaI在10ml二甲基甲酰胺中的混合物于室温下搅拌14小时。将反应混和物倾倒入冰中,用氯仿提取该混和物,硫酸钠干燥所得萃取物后,蒸去溶剂,硅胶柱色谱分离所得粗产物(异己烷∶乙酸乙酯=80∶20)。得到nD20=1.5678的标题化合物。实施例H5:

    将0.5g(10mmol)水合肼加入到0.9g(10mmol)羟乙酸甲酯于10ml甲醇的溶液中。所得溶液在水浴上加热回流10分钟,然后用旋转蒸发器浓缩。所得残留物悬浮在10ml甲醇中并与0.58g(10mmol)丙酮混和,然后室温搅拌该混和物10小时。蒸除甲醇,所得残留物悬浮在20ml二氯甲烷/四氢呋喃中。向该混和物加入1.5g(10mmol)6,6-二氟己-5-烯酸、406g(10mmol)DCC和0.1g的4-二甲氨基吡啶,之后搅拌14小时,通过玻璃吸滤器过滤,用旋转蒸发器浓缩所得滤液。硅胶柱色谱纯化所得粗产物(异己烷∶乙酸乙酯=80∶20)。得到nD20=1.6768的标题化合物。
